Talk to the people who do the work

No call centre and no account manager in between. If it is urgent, WhatsApp is the fastest way to get hold of us.

Send us a message

Tell us what you need

Answer what you can — name and phone number are enough to start.

Which way to get in touch, and when

All four reach us. They differ mainly in how quickly, and in what they are good for — so here is the honest guide rather than a list of icons.

WhatsApp, for anything quick

The fastest way to reach us, and the one most of our clients use day to day. It goes to a phone rather than an inbox, you can send a photograph of a broken page or a screenshot of an error, and the whole conversation stays in one thread you can scroll back through. If something is urgent, use this.

Phone, for anything that needs a conversation

Call +91 90430 22255 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. There is no call centre and no account manager in between — you reach the people who do the work. Scoping a project, talking through whether an app is really the right answer, or working out why something is not behaving are all quicker said than typed.

Email, for detail and attachments

Write to [email protected] when there are documents, specifications, logos or long requirements involved. Slower than WhatsApp, better when the thing you are sending needs to be a file rather than a message, and easier for both of us to refer back to later.

The form, if you would rather not talk yet

Perfectly reasonable, and plenty of people start there. Name and phone number are genuinely enough — the rest of the fields help us quote faster but nothing else is required. It reaches us by email straight away and we reply within 24 hours.

Or come and see us

We are on Distillery Road in Nagercoil, opposite CSI Church Puthukudy, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Local clients often prefer to sit down for the first conversation, and honestly it is the fastest way to settle the decisions that make a project good — which photographs, what to call your services, what goes first. Message or call ahead so the right person is here rather than out at a client.

What to tell us, and what happens next

The most common worry we hear is some version of "I do not really know what I need". That is fine, and it is the normal starting position. You are not supposed to know whether your problem is a design problem, a search problem or a software problem — working that out is our job.

What genuinely helps us give you a useful answer quickly:

  • What your business does, and who buys from you.
  • What is going wrong now — no enquiries, an old site that is slow, staff buried in manual work, customers who cannot find you.
  • Whether anything exists today, and its address if so.
  • Roughly when you need it, if there is a date driving it.
  • Any site you have seen that you like, and what you liked about it. Often more useful than a written brief.

Rough answers are fine. We would rather have five honest sentences than a specification somebody laboured over for a week.

What happens after you get in touch

  1. We read it properly and reply within 24 hours — sooner during working hours.
  2. We ask questions if anything is unclear, by call or WhatsApp, rather than guessing and quoting something wrong.
  3. You get a written quote in plain words, with what is included and what is not, so you are not comparing two numbers that describe different amounts of work.
  4. You decide, in your own time. There is no obligation and we do not run a follow-up sequence that chases you for a fortnight.

And if the honest answer is that you do not need us — that the site is fine and the problem is visibility, or that an existing product would serve you better than something built — you will get that instead. It loses us projects and keeps clients, which over 13 years has been the better arrangement.

Where we work

Nagercoil and Kanyakumari District, across Tamil Nadu, elsewhere in India, and a number of clients in the Gulf. If you are nearby you can drop in; if you are not, everything happens over WhatsApp and calls and the work is no different. We speak Tamil and English, and we build sites in either or both.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How quickly will you reply?

Within 24 hours, and usually a good deal sooner during working hours. WhatsApp tends to be fastest because it reaches a phone rather than an inbox. If you send something on a Saturday evening, expect a reply on Monday morning.

Do I have to know what I want before I contact you?

No, and most people do not. Describing the problem is more useful than naming a product - enquiries have dried up, staff are drowning in manual work, customers keep ringing to ask something the site should answer. We will tell you what would fix it.

Is the quote really free, and is there any obligation?

Yes and no, in that order. Quotes are free, they come in writing, and there is nothing to sign. We do not run a follow-up sequence that pesters you for a fortnight either - if you want to think about it, think about it.

What information helps you quote accurately?

What your business does, what you want the site or software to achieve, whether anything exists today, roughly when you need it, and any site you have seen that you like. Even rough answers are enough for a realistic number.

Can I visit your office?

Yes, and local clients often do. We are on Distillery Road in Nagercoil, opposite CSI Church Puthukudy, open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Call or message first so the right person is there rather than out at a client.

Do you work with businesses outside Tamil Nadu?

Yes - across India and with a number of clients in the Gulf. Everything happens over WhatsApp and calls, and the work is no different. The only thing you lose is the option of dropping in.

Can we talk in Tamil?

Of course. We work in Tamil and English, and we can build sites in either or both. For businesses whose customers are local, a bilingual site is often worth a conversation rather than assuming English alone will do.

What happens after I send the form?

It reaches us by email straight away. We read it, and if anything needs clarifying we call or message you before quoting rather than guessing. Then you get a written quote in plain words, with what is included and what is not.
