What it does

Everything your guests need, in one link

A printed card tells people when and where. A MyInvi invitation also shows them the route on Google Maps, lets them RSVP on WhatsApp, holds your photo and video gallery, and reminds them before the day.

You get your own design and your own link, hosted for a full year - long enough to keep the photos up well after the event.

  • Google Maps directions and a call-now button
  • RSVP and reminders over WhatsApp
  • Photo and video gallery, plus a live video option
  • Custom design and domain, password protected if you want it

Why it works

Invitations that do the admin for you

RSVP without phone calls

Guests reply on the invitation itself and you get a running list.

Directions built in

A map link that opens straight into navigation on the day.

Photos afterwards

Share the gallery back to the same guest list once the event is over.

The questions a printed card cannot answer

A wedding card does one thing beautifully: it tells people there is an event, and when. Then the phone starts ringing, because a card cannot answer any of the questions that follow.

Where exactly is the hall - the one on the main road or the one behind it? Is there parking? What time should we actually arrive if the muhurtham is at nine? Is the reception at the same place? Can we bring the children? Is there a separate function the previous evening? Every one of those is a call or a message, and somebody in the family fields all of them for three weeks.

An invitation that lives on a phone can answer them in advance. The map pin opens straight into navigation, so nobody has to describe the turning after the temple. The schedule can list each function with its own time and place. Parking, dress code, whatever is worth saying, is simply there. The calls do not disappear entirely, but the volume drops sharply, and that is felt most by whoever was taking them.

The count, which is the real headache

Every event in India comes down to a number that nobody can pin down. The caterer needs it, the hall needs it, and the family is working from a guess assembled out of phone calls, a notebook and someone's memory of a conversation at a function last month.

When guests reply on the invitation itself, the list builds itself. You can see who has confirmed, who has declined and who has not opened it at all, and you can send a reminder to the last group without troubling the first two. It will never be perfect - people do not reply to anything - but a running list you can look at beats a headcount reconstructed from memory the week before.

Reaching everyone, including the ones far away

Printed cards go to the people you can physically reach. Relatives in the Gulf, friends who have moved to another state, colleagues you only have a WhatsApp number for - they get a photograph of the card, which is not the same thing and cannot be zoomed into comfortably on a phone.

A link goes to all of them identically, at no extra cost, and it looks the same on every phone. For families spread between Tamil Nadu, other states and abroad, which is most families now, that is the difference between including someone properly and sending them an apology with a picture attached.

What goes into a MyInvi invitation

Each invitation is designed for the event rather than picked from a list of themes. What it contains depends on what the occasion needs, but these are the parts people use most.

The invitation itself

Your own design, in your own colours, with the names, the wording and the traditions you want observed. Where a family has already had a printed card designed, we can carry that design across so the two match rather than looking like unrelated things.

Directions that actually work

A Google Maps pin on the exact entrance, not the general area, with a button that opens navigation directly. If there are functions in two places, each gets its own. This is consistently the feature guests mention afterwards, because arriving somewhere unfamiliar in traffic is the part of attending an event that goes wrong.

RSVP and reminders on WhatsApp

Guests reply on the invitation. You see the list. A reminder can go out before the day to the people who need it, which is worth more than it sounds - most non-attendance is not refusal, it is people who meant to come and forgot the time.

The schedule, for events that run over days

A wedding is rarely one event. Engagement, reception, muhurtham, and whatever else the family holds, each with its own time, place and sometimes its own guest list. All of it sits in one link, in order, so nobody has to ask which function they were invited to.

Gallery, live video, and afterwards

Before the event, a gallery of photographs. During it, a live video option for the people who genuinely could not travel - relatives abroad, elderly family who cannot make the journey. Afterwards, the same link becomes where the photographs live, which is why the hosting runs for a full year rather than until the date passes.

That last point matters more than people expect when they are booking. The invitation stops being an invitation the day after the event and becomes the album everyone already has the link to.

Privacy, when you want it

An invitation can be put behind a username and password so only invited guests can open it. Worth considering for an event where the address and timing are not things you want circulating beyond the guest list.

What it is used for

Weddings are the majority of what we build, but the same thing works for anything where people need to know when, where and whether you are expecting them.

Each is designed for the occasion rather than chosen from a fixed set of themes.
OccasionWhat it usually needs
Weddings and receptionsMultiple functions with separate times and venues, RSVP, live video for family abroad, gallery afterwards
Engagements and betrothalsA simpler single-function invitation, often matched to the wedding design that follows
Birthdays and anniversariesMap, RSVP and a gallery; often password protected for a private gathering
Housewarming and religious functionsPrecise timings, clear directions, and a call button for the family
Business openings and launchesMap, schedule, and a link people can forward on without it being reprinted
School and college eventsA schedule, an RSVP count, and a link that is easy to circulate to parents

Your colours, your wording, your traditions - built for the occasion.

Send the link

One link on WhatsApp, to everyone, wherever they are.

Keep it

RSVPs come in, reminders go out, and afterwards it holds the photographs.

A separate line for MyInvi enquiries

MyInvi has its own number - +91 96557 43277 - because event enquiries come with their own urgency and a family planning a wedding should not be waiting behind a software project. You can also reach us on the main Webglits number and we will pass it along.

One practical note worth saying plainly: come to us earlier than you think you need to. The design itself is quick, but families need time to check every name, spelling, date and timing, and that checking is the part that should never be rushed. A fortnight is comfortable. Three days before the cards go out is possible but tense for everyone.

MyInvi is ours - we wrote it, we host it and we support it. If you are also looking at digital visiting cards or a website for a business, that is the same team and the same number.

Call +91 90430 22255, message us on WhatsApp, or email [email protected]. We are in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, Mon–Sat 9am to 6pm, and every quote comes back within 24 hours.

Common questions

Questions families ask about MyInvi

How long does the invitation stay online?

A full year from launch, so the gallery is still there long after the event. It can be extended if you want to keep it longer, and plenty of families do because it becomes the album everyone already has the link to.

Can we keep it private?

Yes. You can put a username and password on it so only invited guests can open the link. Worth considering if you would rather the venue and timings did not circulate beyond the guest list.

Who do we contact about MyInvi?

MyInvi has its own line on +91 96557 43277, or you can reach us on the main Webglits number and we will pass it along. Either way you are talking to the people who built it.

How far in advance should we book?

A couple of weeks before you want to send it is comfortable. The design work is quick, but families need time to check every name, spelling, date and timing properly, and that is not a step to rush.

Can we still print cards as well?

Of course, and most families do. Elders often expect a printed card, and it remains the right thing for a formal invitation. The link goes to everyone else and to relatives who are too far away to hand one to.

What if we need to change a time or a venue after sending it?

You tell us and we change it. Everyone who already has the link sees the update, which is precisely the situation where a printed card leaves you ringing two hundred people.

Can relatives abroad watch the event?

Yes, there is a live video option built in, and it is one of the most appreciated parts for families spread between Tamil Nadu, other states and the Gulf. It needs arranging in advance so the streaming is set up properly on the day.

Do guests need to install anything to open it?

No. It opens in any phone browser, on Android and iPhone alike. There is no app, no account and nothing to sign up for - they tap the link and the invitation is there.

An invitation has one job: make sure the people you want there know when to come, know how to find it, and feel properly invited. A card does the first part well. A link does all three, keeps answering questions while the family gets on with everything else, and then quietly turns into the place the photographs live afterwards.

If you have a date, tell us about the occasion and we will show you what it would look like. Call +91 96557 43277 for MyInvi, or +91 90430 22255 for anything else, and we reply within 24 hours.
