How a project runs

Five steps, whatever we are building

The same process on a one-page site and on a custom application, so you always know which step you are on.

Understand

What the site has to achieve, and who it has to convince.

Design

Real layouts with your own content, not grey placeholder boxes.

Build

Hand-built, tested on real phones, fast on mobile data.

Launch

Live, tracked in Search Console, and handed over properly.

Support

Call afterwards and you reach the same people.

Which of these do you actually need?

Seven services is a menu, and a menu is only useful if you already know what you want. Most people do not, and that is normal — a business owner is not supposed to know whether their problem is a design problem, a search problem or a software problem. So here is how we would sort it.

If nobody can find you

You may already have a perfectly decent website that nobody visits. Rebuilding it will not change that. What you need is SEO to earn visibility over months, or digital marketing to buy it this week, and usually both — ads while the search work builds. The most common mistake we see is a business paying for a redesign when the real issue was that they were invisible either way.

If people find you but do not call

This is a conversion problem, and it is almost always the site. Slow to load on mobile data, unclear about what you actually do, no obvious phone number, or a contact form asking for nine fields. That is website design work, and it is usually the cheapest fix available because the traffic already exists.

If your own staff are the bottleneck

Bookings taken by phone and written in a register. Quotes rebuilt from scratch every time. Stock counted twice and still wrong. A spreadsheet that three people email around. That is software, not marketing — either a web application behind your site, or a standalone custom application if there is no public side to it at all.

If you want to sell rather than be enquired with

E-commerce, provided you have honestly thought about who packs the orders and who answers the phone when a delivery is late. The build is the easy part. If your products are high-value or made-to-order, a catalogue with an enquiry form is often the better answer and costs a fraction as much.

If you need to be on the phone itself

A mobile app earns its place when people use you weekly, or when your own field staff need the camera, GPS or genuine offline working. For anything less frequent, a fast mobile website reaches far more people for a fraction of the cost, and we will tell you that rather than take the larger project.

How we work, and what that means for you

Everything on this page is delivered by us. We do not subcontract the work to a larger agency and put our name on it, which means the person who answers your call is the person who wrote your code. For a project that goes well that is merely pleasant. For one that hits a problem it is the whole difference.

Everything in one place

Because all seven services sit under one roof, the joins between them are ours to get right rather than yours to manage. The site is built search-ready from the first page rather than being handed to an SEO team to repair afterwards. The application behind it shares the design and the login. The ads point at pages built to convert. Nobody is waiting on anybody else's vendor.

We tell you when you do not need something

Which sounds like the sort of thing everybody says, so here is the concrete version: we regularly talk people out of mobile apps, out of full e-commerce builds, out of custom software when a subscription would do the job, and out of redesigns when the site was fine and the problem was visibility. Recommending the smaller thing loses us a project and keeps a client, and over 13 years that has been the better arrangement.

You own everything

Domain, hosting account, content, logins and source code. All in your name, all handed over, with nothing held back that would make leaving us expensive. If you ever move to another provider, everything goes with you and nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.

Two things we also do without pages of their own

Website hosting and ongoing maintenance. Neither is assumed as part of a build — they are separate arrangements, quoted separately, so you can take them or manage your own. Plenty of clients have us host because they would rather not think about renewals and backups; plenty of others keep it in-house. Both are fine, and either way the accounts are in your name.

Where we work

We are in Nagercoil and a good share of our clients are within an hour of here, across Kanyakumari District. We also work throughout Tamil Nadu, across India, and with a number of clients in the Gulf. Local clients tend to come and sit with us, which is genuinely the fastest way to settle the decisions that make a project good. Everyone else gets the same conversation over WhatsApp and calls, and the work is no different.

Not sure which one you need

Tell us the problem, not the product

Most people arrive asking for a website when what they need is a way to stop losing enquiries. Describe what is going wrong and we will tell you which of these actually fixes it — including when the answer is none of them.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do you actually do all seven of these in-house?

Yes. We do not subcontract work to a larger agency and put our name on it. The person who answers your call is the person who writes your code, which matters most on the projects that hit a problem.

How do I know which service I need?

You often do not, and that is fine. Describe what is going wrong - no enquiries, staff drowning in manual work, customers who cannot find you - and we will tell you which of these fixes it. Sometimes the answer is that none of them does, and you will get that answer too.

What does a project cost?

It depends entirely on what it has to do, which is why we ask questions before quoting rather than publishing a price list that would be wrong for most people. Send us your requirement and a written quote comes back within 24 hours, with no obligation.

Do you work with businesses outside Nagercoil?

Yes. We are based in Nagercoil and a good share of our clients are in Kanyakumari District, but we work across Tamil Nadu, elsewhere in India, and with clients in the Gulf. Local clients tend to visit us; everyone else works with us over WhatsApp and calls.

Do you offer hosting and maintenance?

Yes, both, as separate arrangements rather than something folded silently into a build price. Plenty of clients have us host because they would rather not think about renewals and backups. Plenty manage their own. Either way the accounts are in your name.

Can you take over a website somebody else built?

Usually. We start by telling you honestly whether repairing it or rebuilding it is better value - sometimes the existing site is sound and just needs speed and structure work, and sometimes the foundations cost more to fix than to replace.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Domain, hosting account, content, logins, and the source code on final payment - all in your name. If you ever move to another provider, everything goes with you and nothing has to be rebuilt.

How long does a project take?

A straightforward business website is usually two to three weeks once we have your content. Applications and stores run longer and are built in stages so you see something working early. You get a date before we start, not after.
