Running four products of our own means we deal with hosting, uptime, payment gateways, spam, browser quirks and support tickets every week — on software we cannot blame anyone else for.
That is the same experience your project gets. Not theory picked up from a course, but the things that actually break in production.
Client work and product work are different trades. Client work ends: the site goes live, the invoice is settled, and if something breaks in eighteen months somebody calls. A product never ends. It has to keep running on a Sunday night, survive a browser update nobody warned you about, handle the customer who does something no one anticipated, and still be there in five years.
We started building our own because the same requests kept arriving. Restaurants wanting a menu they could change without reprinting. Professionals tired of running out of visiting cards with an old number on them. Families needing an invitation that could reach relatives in the Gulf. Businesses that knew reviews mattered and never got round to asking for any. Building the same thing from scratch for each client would have been slower and worse for everyone.
Running four products of our own means we deal with hosting, uptime, payment gateways, spam, browser quirks and support calls every week, on software we cannot blame anybody else for. That is not theory picked up on a course. It is the accumulated knowledge of what actually breaks in production, and it is the same experience your project gets whether or not you ever buy a product from us.
It also means when something goes wrong with one of these, you are not talking to a reseller. We wrote it, we host it, and the person who picks up the phone can open the code.
| Product | Built for | The problem it solves |
|---|---|---|
| MyVMenu | Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, cloud kitchens, hotels | Printed menus are out of date the day they are printed, and reprinting for a price change never happens |
| MyViCard | Professionals, agents, consultants, sales teams | Paper cards run out, get thrown away, and carry an old number forever once anything changes |
| MyInvi | Weddings, functions, openings, family events | A card says when and where, then the family spends three weeks answering everything else by phone |
| Bizgo | Any local business with customers worth asking | Only the unhappy customers leave reviews unprompted, and asking properly never gets organised |
These are small products and we would rather be precise about what that means than let you assume something larger.
These are deliberately narrow. MyVMenu shows a menu; it is not an ordering and payment system with kitchen routing — that is an e-commerce build. MyViCard is contact details and a gallery; it is not a website that ranks on Google — that is web design and SEO. Bizgo makes review collection routine; it does not fix a Google Business Profile that was never filled in properly.
Being clear about that boundary is more useful to you than stretching the description. If what you actually need is the bigger thing, we build those too — see what we do — and the two are built to work together rather than as separate purchases.
Common questions
They are ours. We wrote the code, we host them on our own infrastructure, and we support them ourselves. There is no vendor behind us, which is why the person who answers the phone can actually open the code and fix something.
No, none of them. Everything opens in an ordinary phone browser on Android and iPhone alike - your customer scans a code or taps a link and it is there. No download, no account, no sign-up.
No. We enter your content for you - your menu, your contact details, your invitation wording - and check it with you before it goes live. After that you can edit it yourself, and we show you how during handover.
Yes. Plenty of our product customers have no other work with us at all, and some have websites built by somebody else entirely. The products stand on their own.
Yes - your colours, logo and photographs, rather than a template with your name dropped in. If you already have a website or printed identity, we match it so the two do not look like separate businesses.
It is yours, and you can ask for it at any point. We will tell you before a subscription lapses rather than letting the link quietly stop working, and nothing is held back to make leaving awkward.
Usually within a few days of us having your content, and often the same day for something simple like a digital visiting card. Invitations are the exception - not because the work is slow, but because families need time to check every name, date and timing properly.
